Pricing Overview

We offer flat-rate pricing for simplicity, based on home size and service type. Prices start at:

  • Standard Cleaning: From $100 (up to 2 beds, 1 bath)
  • Deep Cleaning: From $150
  • Move In/Out Cleaning: From $200
  • Add-Ons & Custom Upgrades: See Add-On Services Menu

*Final pricing may vary based on your home’s square footage, condition, or custom requests.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $40 cancellation fee.
  • Late arrivals by clients may shorten the service time to stay within schedule.

Pets & Safety

We are proud to be pet-friendly! Please let us know in advance if pets will be home. For the safety of our team and your furry family members:

  • Protective and Anxious pets must be secured.

Payments & Tipping

  • We accept cash, Bitcoin, credit/debit card payments via our secure booking portal.
  • Payments are due at the time of booking or on the day of service.
  • Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.

Clients Prep Expectations

To help us serve you efficiently:

  • Please tidy up personal belongings from surfaces and floors.
  • Let us know if you’d like us to clean around valuables or skip any spaces.
  • Leave fresh linen out if you’d like beds changed.

Photo confirmation (Optional)

For Airbnb, rental, or remote clients, we offer a Photo Confirmation Add-On with before/after snapshots texted upon completion.
